Our Story
When I was traveling Brazil in 2022, Ari delighted me with the meditation sessions he guided at the Hostel Lagarto na Banana. He inspired me so much that I continued meditating even after we left the hostel to deal with my personal challenges. I completed the entire Healthy Minds Program, which I absolutely loved. When it ended, I felt a bit adrift, so I started exploring other meditation apps. I tried a few, but nothing compared to the incredible guided meditations from Ari. I couldn't imagine a more perfect way to start my day than with a few minutes of mindfulness guided by Ari on my way to work. Ari is hands down the meditation teacher I love most, and his meditations are simply incredible! This got me thinking: what if everyone could have Ari’s wisdom and calm in their pocket every day?

When Ari and I discussed this idea, he was immediately captivated! When talking to our friends about it, we soon realized something critical—many people start meditating, yet most drop the habit quickly. I had experienced that all too often, and I knew there had to be a better way.
Inspired by Ari’s incredible guidance, we created Danaful: a simple tool to help you build a lasting meditation habit. With our one-minute daily sessions, we’re removing the overwhelm so you can focus on what really matters—cultivating balance, clarity, and joy in your everyday life.
